Polarity Therapy is a holistic model for self-empowered
healing integrating ancient wisdom with the current knowledge of modern western
physics. It is a way of awareness seeing how we hold ourselves, mentally,
emotionally and physically, and working with four different gateways to illicit
change – bodywork, communication, energetic nutrition and movement. We offer a
six month 165 hour training program which prepares you for a profession.

This is a monthly meeting to learn how to use essential oils
to improve our level of physical and emotional wellbeing. Oils have been with
us since ancient times and their true value is once again being recognized
through new research. This research is verifying their power to restore health
in a truly regenerative way. We use therapeutic grade oils offered by Young
Living.

A powerful technique of working with energy and the
application of essential oils along the spine. A lot of healing experiences
have occurred in conjunction with this work. A wonderful experience both
giving and receiving.

An introduction to our energy system. Creating a balanced
flow of energy is key to creating health. Experience and learn a gentle chakra
balancing protocol.

Center, which is accredited by the American Polarity Therapy Association for
Polarity Training. Clio has been in the Wellness field for over twenty years
